A posting API for UGC agencies
UGC agencies don't post one video to one account. They post hundreds of hooks across dozens of creator and brand accounts, on a schedule that has to look human. UGC API is built for that shape of work.

The problem with general schedulers
Most social schedulers are built for one brand with a handful of profiles. They charge per seat or per profile, and they expect a person to drag each post onto a calendar. An agency with 40 creator accounts and 400 videos a month needs something else: bulk scheduling, cadence per account, and pricing that doesn't grow with the account list.
What UGC API gives an agency
- Spread scheduling.
POST /v1/campaignstakes N posts, M accounts and a cadence like 2 per account per day. We assign posts round-robin, stagger the minutes, and continue where we left off if an account needs reconnecting. 100 posts x 5 accounts x 1 per day = 20 days of content. - One upload, every placement. A video goes to TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts. A slideshow goes to TikTok photo mode, an Instagram carousel and Story frames.
- Client mapping. Pass your client or creator ID as
external_idwhen you create a connect link. Then filter accounts and posts by it. - No per-account fees. $10 per 1,000 posts. Connect 5 accounts or 500, the price is the same.
- Results per account. Every post returns the public URL per account, so client reports are a single API call.
A typical agency setup
- For each creator, create a connect link with their ID as
external_idand send it to them. See connect accounts. - Upload the month's videos and slideshows with
POST /v1/media. - Create one campaign per client with that client's accounts and a cadence that fits each platform.
- Listen for
post.failedandaccount.disconnectedwebhooks to catch problems the same day. - Pull
GET /v1/posts?external_id=client-42at month end for the report.
Cadence that keeps accounts healthy
Platforms set hard caps: TikTok limits API posts per creator per day, and Meta limits API-published posts per Instagram account per rolling 24 hours. Staying far below those caps is also better for reach. Our UGC posting cadence guide and scheduling across many accounts go into detail.
Cost example
| Monthly volume | Posts | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| 20 creators, each with TikTok and Instagram, 1 video/day per account | 1,200 | about $12 at $10/1,000 |
| 40 accounts x 2/day, TikTok only | 2,400 | about $24 |
| 10,000 posts pack | 10,000 | $70 |
Credits never expire, so buy the bigger pack when it fits. See pricing.
FAQ
Do I pay per connected account?
No. You pay per post published to one account. Connected accounts are free.
Can creators connect their own accounts without giving us their password?
Yes. You send them a connect link. They log in on the platform's own page and approve access. You never see their password.
How do I keep clients separate?
Use external_id when creating connect links and posts. You can filter accounts and posts by it.
What happens if a creator disconnects mid-campaign?
You get an account.disconnected webhook. That account's remaining posts wait, and the rest of the campaign keeps going.
