If you connected a social account

  1. Revoke access on the platform: Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites; Facebook → Settings → Business integrations; TikTok → Settings → Security → Apps; Google → myaccount.google.com/permissions. Our token stops working immediately.
  2. Email hello@ugcapi.dev from any address with your username and platform and we'll delete the stored token, profile details and any scheduled content for that account within 7 days, and confirm by email.

If you're a UGC API customer

Email hello@ugcapi.dev from your account email. We delete your account, API keys, connected accounts, media and post history within 7 days. Payment records kept by Stripe follow Stripe's retention rules.
