Terms of service

By using UGC API you agree to these terms.

The service

UGC API publishes content you send to social accounts that their owners connected to your UGC API account. We act on your instructions and on the permissions each account owner granted.

Your responsibilities

• Only connect or publish to accounts you or your clients control and have the right to post to.
• You own, or have the rights to, everything you publish, including music, footage and people shown. Label paid partnerships and AI-generated content as the platforms and the law require.
• Follow each platform's terms and community guidelines (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube). Don't use the API for spam, impersonation, fake engagement or misleading claims.
• Keep your API keys secret; you're responsible for requests made with them.

Credits and payments

Posts are paid for with credits bought in advance. One credit publishes one piece of content to one account; failed and cancelled posts are refunded as credits. Credits don't expire and are non-refundable for cash except where the law requires.

Availability

Platforms can change their APIs, limits and review requirements, and can reject posts. We work to keep publishing reliable but don't guarantee that any platform will accept or keep a post.

Termination

We can suspend accounts that break these terms or the platforms' rules. You can stop using the service anytime and ask us to delete your data.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
