Limits
Most limits you will hit come from the platforms, not from UGC API. They apply to every app that posts through official APIs. This page lists them so you can plan schedules that stay inside them.

TikTok
- Per creator per day. TikTok caps posts a creator account can receive through Direct Post in 24 hours. Its guidelines describe this as typically around 15, shared across every app the creator uses.
- Per minute. 6 publish requests per minute per creator token. We queue requests to stay under it.
- Privacy. Allowed privacy levels come from the creator's settings. A private account can't publish publicly.
- Duration. TikTok returns a maximum video duration per creator. Longer videos are rejected.
- Photo posts. Up to 35 images; title up to 90 characters.
- Publishing limit. Meta limits API-published posts per account in a rolling 24 hours. Its content publishing docs state 100 in the rate limit section and 50 in the carousel section. Plan for 50 to be safe.
- What counts. A carousel is one. Each Story frame is one. A Reel with a Story is two.
- Carousels. Up to 20 items.
- Account type. Business or Creator only.
Facebook Pages
- Reels. Meta's Reels publishing docs state 30 API-published Reels in a rolling 24 hours.
- Duration. 3 to 90 seconds; 60 seconds maximum as a Page Story.
YouTube
YouTube uploads count against the uploading project's daily quota. Google's docs list a default of 100 videos.insert calls per day per project. This is shared across all users of that project, which is why it is hard to scale a direct integration. We pace YouTube uploads; if quota prevents an upload, the result fails with rate_limited or platform_rejected and the message says so.

UGC API limits
Our own API applies request rate limits to protect the service. If you exceed them you get 429 rate_limited; back off and retry. For bulk scheduling, send one campaign instead of thousands of single requests.
