UGC API

UGC posting API for ecommerce brands

DTC brands buy UGC by the batch and need it posted consistently on their own accounts and on creator accounts. UGC API lets your team or your scripts publish it everywhere without a scheduler seat per person.

Updated

Common brand workflows

  • Brand accounts. Post creator videos to the brand's TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Page and YouTube channel from a spreadsheet or an internal tool.
  • Whitelisted creator accounts. Creators who agreed to post on schedule connect their accounts once. Your team schedules the approved video for them.
  • Product slideshows. Turn catalog images into TikTok photo posts and Instagram carousels. See slideshow API.
  • Launch days. Schedule a drop across 20 creator accounts with staggered times using a campaign.

Connect your stack without code

You don't need an engineering team. Any tool that can send an HTTP request can post: n8n, Make, Zapier webhooks or a Google Apps Script. Our n8n and Make guide shows a sheet-to-post flow.

What a post costs

One video to the brand's TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube4

A 6-slide slideshow to TikTok and an Instagram carousel2
Same, plus all 6 slides as Instagram Story frames8

At $10 per 1,000 credits, a brand posting 4 videos a day to 4 platforms uses about 480 credits a month, under $5. See pricing.

A launch day, step by step

  1. Collect the approved creator videos and upload them with POST /v1/media.
  2. List the creator and brand accounts that should post, by external_id or account ID.
  3. Create a campaign starting at launch time with a cadence of 1 per account per day, so each account posts once on day one.
  4. Watch the post.published webhooks and drop the live links into your launch channel.
  5. Retry any post.failed items after reading the reason in the errors reference.

Things to get right

  1. Get creator usage rights in writing before posting their content on your accounts.
  2. Use paid partnership or branded content settings when posting on a creator's account. On TikTok, drafts let the creator set the disclosure themselves.
  3. Export clean files without another app's watermark.
  4. Keep one strong caption line first, since feeds truncate early. Our repurposing guide has per-platform tips.

Is there a seat fee for team members?

No. There are no seats or per-account fees. You only pay for posts.
